Our policies protect clients and piercers alike. If you’re unsure about a rule, ask a coordinator before booking.

Appointments require a deposit. Cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with valid ID.

We only install implant-grade jewelry. No plated or mystery metals.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or healing is compromised.
